The GILP: Impact Fellowship is a first-of-its-kind program focused on youth leadership, civic engagement, and real-world impact via the unique intersection of policy, politics and governance

Designed to run alongside the academic journey, the 9-month fellowship empowers young individuals to move from intention to action by engaging with some of India’s most pressing developmental challenges.

The program combines a consulting-style bootcamp, in-office immersions, hands-on fieldwork, and structured mentorship from seasoned professionals to build both mindset and skill set.

    This fellowship is designed for pre-final year undergraduate students from any discipline who are deeply curious, committed to real-world problem-solving, and motivated to contribute to India’s development journey.
    No. We look for potential, not prior exposure. You’ll be trained from the ground up in structured problem-solving, field research, and communication skills
    Yes. The program is intentionally designed as a hybrid model that runs parallel to your academic schedule, with immersive periods planned during semester breaks.
    Fellows will be mentored by seasoned consultants with a focused residential consulting bootcamp offering both strategic guidance and contextual insight throughout the journey.
    Fellows are expected to dedicate a minimum of 6-10 hours per week on average for the fellowship tasks.
    The fellowship will last for 9 months starting in November and ending in July of the next calendar year.
    Yes, fellows will be a part of in office Winter and Summer Immersion Programs.
    The applications for the fellowship will close tentatively by Mid of October.
    Applicant must be a pre-final year student enrolled in any course/discipline and should not have any active backlogs.
    Yes, fellows will be paid a competitive stipend on the completion of the fellowship along with monthly stipends for meeting any expenditure incurred during the course of the fellowship.
    At the end of the fellowship tenure, selected individuals basis fellowship performance will be awarded a Pre-Placement Offer to join Nation with NaMo
