A systematic 35 week pathway to produce meaningful and scalable impact
The teams work on governance problem statements, producing insights and implementation focused recommendations that support government bodies, public institutions, and organisations.
The teams analyse state specific electoral landscape through field visits and voter interactions, delivering strategic recommendations that strengthen voter engagement, public sentiment understanding, and overall election readiness.

Solve live consulting challenges while building problem-solving, research, and communication skills through hands-on workshops.
Research, develop, and present comprehensive policy recommendations on pressing national governance issues.
Receive guidance from experienced consultants to develop the competencies needed to excel in consulting and public policy careers.
Participate in residential immersions, field visits, electioneering workshops, and voter sentiment analysis to understand public systems and political decision-making.
Be a pre-final-year student graduating in 2028 from a top law, commerce, science, or arts college in the country.

Yes. The Program is intentionally designed as a hybrid model that runs parallel to your academic schedule, with immersive periods planned during semester breaks.
Fellows will be mentored by seasoned consultants with a focused residential consulting bootcamp offering both strategic guidance and contextual insight throughout the journey.
Fellows are expected to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week on average for the fellowship tasks.
The fellowship will last for 9 months starting in November and ending in July of the next calendar year.
Yes, fellows will be a part of in office Winter and Summer Immersion Programs.
The fellowship selection process will be driven by your respective placement cells and will be concluded in the internship hiring window.
Applicants must be a pre-final year student enrolled in any course/discipline and should not have any active backlogs.
Yes, fellows will be paid a competitive stipend on the completion of the fellowship along with monthly stipends for meeting any expenditure incurred during the course of the fellowship.
At the end of the fellowship tenure, selected individuals basis fellowship performance will be awarded a Pre-Placement Offer to join Nation with NaMo.
