Brainstorming with your team using such insights to design an election campaign. Discussing election campaign strategy with political stakeholders. Crafting the message that shapes public opinion. Getting involved in the grass-root implementation for taking the campaign to the masses. Coming up with policy suggestions for election manifestos. Crunching data real-time to predict electoral outcomes. Observing your work having real impact on real people by solving real problems. And doing all this while supporting Prime Minister Modi and his party in their vision to build a new India.

What does GILP offer ?

Every year, lakhs of bright minds graduate from top educational institutes in India but most of them join the corporate sector. The best minds in our country rarely get an opportunity to tackle the most critical problems facing our nation. GILP aims to bridge this gap.

For college graduates, GILP is where young idealistic graduates who are interested in nation building can collaborate with and contribute to the political ecosystem through direct interactions. GILP is the most ambitious talent development program in our space and is in line with the best programs globally in the corporate world.

For students in their pre-final year, pursuing 3, 4, or 5 year integrated programs in their college, GILP offers the Impact Fellowship Program. Through this fellowship, students work as project team members on challenging problem statements and gain firsthand exposure to the political consulting ecosystem. Select fellows may be offered Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) based on their performance to join the next year's GILP program as Political Consultants.

After resumes are shortlisted, there are usually 3-5 rounds of interviews. GILP interviews involve rigorous case study, guesstimation and personal interview sessions. We expect candidates to be prepared for the consulting interview process and guide them in their interview preparation through workshops, in-person interactions and feedback.
Yes, for students in their pre-final year, GILP offers the Impact Fellowship Program. Through this fellowship, participants get the opportunity to work on live political consulting projects and gain firsthand exposure to the political consulting ecosystem. Top-performing fellows may be offered Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) to join the next year's GILP program as Political Consultants.
